Job Description
- Responsible for the local execution of live stream operations, including but not limited to planning live marketing activities, participating in product selection for live broadcasts, live stream process control, and live room management. Responsible for the overall content planning and execution of various live stream projects to improve live stream effectiveness and conversion rates, ultimately achieving product sales goals.
- Responsible for formulating specific live stream content plans and continuously discovering and packaging valuable high-quality content, organizing and planning hot topics to enhance overall content quality.
- Responsible for internal communication and coordination within the department, handling live stream event content planning (product matching, script development, data analysis, content optimization), pre-live preparations, live stream event management, and post-live follow-ups, ensuring smooth live stream execution.
- Responsible for supervising and controlling various operational details based on live stream traffic, fan feedback, etc., making timely adjustments to fan attraction strategies, ensuring the continuous achievement of project operational goals, and increasing fan loyalty.
- Responsible for live stream event marketing planning (including daily activities, Singles' Day, Double Twelve, etc.) and formulating live stream attraction goals and corresponding operational plans for each period.
- Responsible for following up on various issues that arise during live streams, providing feedback, and offering reasonable solutions for resolution.
- Responsible for tracking and analyzing live stream data, extracting and summarizing insights, providing live stream recommendations and optimization strategies through data analysis reports, and continually improving live stream effectiveness to increase user engagement, activity, fan loyalty, and conversion rates.
- Responsible for building, recruiting, managing, training, and evaluating the live stream host team, refining business processes, and establishing departmental rules and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with major in E-commerce, Social Media Marketing, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Excel formulas, preference for candidates familiar with Power Query.
- At least 1-3 years of practical experience in e-commerce live streaming within the same industry.
- Priority given to candidates familiar with content operations on TikTok.
- English proficiency for work communication, with at least 1 year of work experience, and candidates with overseas work experience or 0-1 team building experience are preferred.
- Experience in meticulous operation of live stream hosts, well-versed in live stream hosting techniques, and experienced in batch incubating hosts with established methods.
- Strong data sensitivity, capable of identifying issues keenly and using practical operational methods for improvement and resolution.
- Familiar with the processes involved in e-commerce sellers' self-broadcasting on TikTok, understanding traffic operation rules, and adept at acquiring and integrating resources.
- Familiar with information flow, with some understanding of collaborating with new anchors, live stream partnerships, or other promotional methods, and knowledge of service provider systems.
- Strong logical thinking abilities, clear communication skills, innovative and product-oriented mindset, excellent data analysis capabilities, good analytical judgment, adept at integrating and coordinating various aspects of work, ability to handle pressure, a sense of responsibility, and strong self-driven motivation.
