  1. Preparing payment listing based on approved cashflow projections
  2. Compiling, sorting, and printing of BRFs/PPLs and supporting documentation required to process payments
  3. Preparing payment vouchers based on approved BRFs and PPLs
  4. Uploading payments to the banking system once payment vouchers are approved
  5. Ensure all Statement of Accounts of Accounts Payable are compiled and reconciled every end of the month.
  6. Participate and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
