About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Receptionist/Admin Clerk to join our team at K.K. NG, LEE & CO.' in Setia Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-presented at all times
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Providing support to the wider administrative team as required
- Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as directed by management
What we're looking for
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
