, you will work closely with our creative, marketing, and operations units to produce compelling content that attracts audiences, drives conversions, and elevates the Funnel MasteryX's clients across social platforms.

Role Description

This is a
full-time, hybrid
role for a
Video Production Content Creator
.

You will be responsible for producing short-form videos optimised for
paid ads
and
marketing campaigns
, mainly across Meta.

Your role includes:

  • Planning, scripting, and storyboarding short-form marketing videos
  • Filming people and event-based content with strong storytelling
  • Editing high-conversion videos for ads, using engaging pacing, hooks, subtitles, and effects
  • Repurposing long-form content into multiple short-form versions
  • Creating content variations for A/B testing in marketing campaigns
  • Working with the Creative & Marketing Team to hit campaign goals
  • Keeping up with platform trends and transforming them into direct-response marketing ideas

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills & Experiences

  • Experience in
    short-form video editing
    (Meta Ads/Reels/Shorts-style)
  • Strong understanding of
    marketing hooks
    , trends, pacing, and storytelling
  • Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)
  • Ability to film with camera or phone, with proper lighting and composition
  • Strong sense of creativity and initiative — able to propose new content ideas
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment

Good to Have

  • Experience producing videos specifically for
    paid ads (direct response marketing)
  • Graphic design skills (e.g. thumbnails, overlays, motion text)
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, conversions, and buyer psychology
  • Knowledge of scriptwriting for performance marketing
  • Experience working in creator / agency / marketing industries
