Location: 1 Utama Shopping Complex (New Wing), Petaling Jaya

Job Responsibilities and Task:

  • ⁠Greet customers and recommend menu items and upsell customers to obtain optimal bill size

  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and serve drinks

  • Conduct stock count, prepare daily sales report

  • Outlet closing & cleaning duties

  • Coordinate purchase of ingredients and raw materials

  • Assist in monitoring maintenance and equipment repair schedules.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Passionate in learning the Ins and Outs of managing a F&B outlet

  • Friendly personality, responsible and punctual

  • Able to work in a team and execute instructions

  • Willing to provide great customer service.

  • Willingness to work OT when required.

Minimum requirements:

  • Possess a minimum SPM or O' Level equivalent certificate.

  • No prior F&B experience required. Fresh School Leavers encouraged to apply

  • Willing to work on shift schedule.

  • Able to communicate (verbal & written) in Malay and English.

  • No allergies or medical condition that is communicable through food handling.

  • High sense of hygiene
