Job Description:
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR solutions that support growth and performance
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Provide guidance on organizational development, employee engagement, and retention strategies
- Support manpower planning and talent development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist role
- Strong understanding of HR functions (recruitment, performance, engagement, and employee relations)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
