Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Monitoring Operation Engineer (Mandarin Speaker). The responsibilities include real-time monitoring of systems, troubleshooting errors, performing root cause analysis, and maintaining seamless system functionality. The role will also involve customer service activities, documenting technical issues, and collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions effectively. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with clients and stakeholders efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to identify issues, determine their root causes, and implement solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service with the ability to handle inquiries and provide timely support in both technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Experience working with Linux and Windows operating systems, including basic administration and system monitoring tasks.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Relevant certification in IT System Monitoring or System Engineering is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
