About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer Cum TikTok Video Editor to join our dynamic team at The Season Tackle Sdn Bhd in Ulu Tiram, Johor. This role involves creating visually stunning designs and engaging TikTok videos to support our growing brand and marketing initiatives. This position will also give you the opportunity to sharpen and expand your creative skills as you grow together with our team.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing high-quality graphics, including a social media content, marketing materials, and product packaging
  • Creating eye-catching and on-brand TikTok videos to showcase our products and engage our audience
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement a cohesive visual identity for the brand
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and incorporating them into your work
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Providing feedback and ideas to improve the overall design and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality graphics and TikTok videos for a brand or business
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially TikTok
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
