Marketing Executive

Location: 5 & 7, Jalan Gemilang 5, Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor

Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,200

(KPI incentive will be customized and offered at a later stage for suitable long-term candidates.)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute monthly social media marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads).
  • Develop creative marketing strategies that align with brand goals and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Create engaging and innovative content (photos, videos, captions, reels, stories, etc.) for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify insights and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, events, or product launches.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Open-minded, creative, and passionate about marketing.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong command of English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong creative potential are also encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
