  • Maintain site files, reports, attendance records, delivery orders, and project documents.
  • Act as the communication link between project site, office, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, manpower lists, and material usage
  • Assist with arranging site meetings, preparing minutes, and updating work schedules.
  • Handle worker attendance, permit applications, safety documentation, and compliance forms.
  • Manage correspondence, process claim documents, petty cash, and handle basic office tasks on-sitE.

Job Qualification:

  • A degree in Administration, Office Management, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
