Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage, review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements. You also must scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Responsible to liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Responsible to manage and keep track of materials and ordering more when required, documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Responsible to establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders, traveling from the office to various sites as required., issuing quotation and liaising with customers.
- Responsible to perform any other duties as required by the management also assisting Managing Director & Manager (Finance & Admin) with their works from time to time.

Requirement:

- Minimum Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

- Alor Gajah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
