What You'll Do

i. AI Model Development - Train and fine-tune machine learning models to solve business challenges.

ii. Data Pipelines Management - Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and processing.

iii. Deployment & Integration - Package, deploy, and integrate AI models into production systems using Docker, Git, and version control best practices.

iv. Monitoring & Maintenance - Implement logging, monitoring, and retraining workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance of deployed models.

v. Innovation Projects - Explore new AI tools, test proof-of-concepts, and contribute to R&D initiatives that push technology boundaries.

What We're Looking For

i. Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects or relevant software engineering roles. Fresh graduates with strong project portfolios are also encouraged to apply.

ii. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python programming, MySQL, Docker containerization, building or scaling data pipelines. Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks is a plus.

iii. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

iv. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, good communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. We value passion, curiosity, and the drive to learn and apply new technologies.

v. Nice to Have: Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), knowledge of CI/CD or MLOps practices, and familiarity with APIs for AI integration
