Job Scope and Responsibilities
Hardware and Software:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software.
- Setting up new systems and workstations.
- Installing operating systems, applications, and drivers.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Diagnosing and repairing hardware and software faults.
- Replacing damaged or outdated hardware.
- Performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Upgrading systems to ensure compatibility and performance.
- Perform off-site/On-site Data Wipe (Training will provide)
Networking:
- Creating and maintaining computer networks.
- Troubleshooting network issues.
- Technical Support:
- Providing technical support to users.
- Setting up new user accounts and profiles.
Other Responsibilities:
- Testing and evaluating Computer, Laptop, Server and Etc..
- Prepare Settlement Report and Listing of IT Asset for sales (Training Provided)
- Segregation of IT Equipment according to Category Laptop, Desktop, Servers and etc.
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly.
- Must be able to base in anywhere in Penang to settle customer IT asset report and packing list
Skills:
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Networking knowledge.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Training will provide for those need it.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM2,250.00 per month
