  • Responsible for maintaining and optimizing production machinery through preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and performance improvement to meet production targets.
  • Duties include updating maintenance records, downtime reports, and machine checklists; monitoring ESD systems; and ensuring timely escalation of machine or process downtime.
  • Supports process and product engineers during DOE, pilot/engineering builds, validation, and line conversions, including machine optimization with vendors.
  • Performs continuous improvement and yield monitoring activities, shares shift issues during handovers, and provides operational support as required, including off-day or stay-back support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5.
  • Possesses hands-on experience in AOI programming, debugging, and parameter optimization; strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards, electronic components, polarity, and common assembly defects; and the ability to analyze AOI data to reduce false calls and escapes.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
