We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, he will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of die attach , wire bonding , seam sealer , laser marking equipments. As an equipment technician, the primary responsibilities includes installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of equipment and machinery and to ensure that all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Equipment Setup and Troubleshooting.
  2. Perform initial setup for new production runs and assist in the development of new processes.
  3. Ability to perform assembly equipment conversion and major troubleshooting to ensure smoothed production line.
  4. Ability to perform machine preventive maintenance job and to improve equipment capability through continuous improvement activities.
  5. Work closely with engineers and senior technicians, production and quality teams to improve processes and equipment performance.
  6. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
  8. Experience in semiconductor background with die attach and wire bonding equipment knowledge will be an added advantage .
  9. Familiarity with basic programming and troubleshooting of automation equipment is a plus.
  10. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  12. Have a good interpersonal skill and able to multitask.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent.

  2. Must be able to work in rotation shift( day/night )
