Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Technician, located in Johor Baharu. The M&E Technician will be responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician will also be required to collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of facility systems and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Mechanical & Electrical systems maintenance
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience in facility management or maintenance roles is a plus
  • Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance requests
