IT Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, plan, and manage all IT operations, infrastructure, and digital systems.
2. Oversee network and server performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
3. Strengthen cybersecurity frameworks, manage data protection, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
4. Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives, driving digital transformation and operational efficiency.
5. Lead system upgrades, software deployments, and cross-departmental integration projects.
6. Manage vendor relationships, IT budgets, and service contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance.
7. Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement technology-driven opportunities that enhance business processes and customer experiences.
8. Provide technical leadership, training, and support to empower employees in utilizing technology effectively.
9. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to maintain the company's competitive edge in digital innovation.
10. Hands-on in programming, capable of developing and customizing internal digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's Degree or professional certification (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, ITIL, PMP) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and system development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, PHP, JavaScript, Python, or .NET, with proven experience in internal digital applications.
• Solid understanding of network administration, server management, and database systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
• Experience in implementing and managing cybersecurity frameworks, data protection measures, and compliance with IT governance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute system upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives across departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, IT trends, and best practices in digital transformation.
