Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using advanced surveying equipment and software.
  • Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, including drawings and maps, for project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site managers to ensure the accuracy and quality of project layouts.
  • Provide on-site support during construction, including monitoring progress and verifying accuracy of work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the surveying process.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide insights based on survey findings

Skills

  • Proficiency in using surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS) and equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrates practical problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think logically under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable and proactive.
