We're on the hunt for a dedicated Wholesale Sales Representative. Your mission? To drive our wholesale sales and expand our customer base. Your territory? The entire nation. You'll be our front-line, directly impacting our growth and bottom line.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new wholesale accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets regularly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Conduct customer meetings for product listing, sampling, pricing, and terms negotiation.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly (e.g., providing certifications, documents to support sales operation).
  • Ensure all sales processes adhere to company and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with Finance on AR (Accounts Receivable) issues and payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualitifications:

  • We welcome applicants with educational backgrounds ranging from SPM to Diploma and Degree level.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in FMCG sales (dairy/food/beverage experience a plus).

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience in wholesale sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis & presentations.
  • Languages: Chinese, Malay & English (Hakka = bonus)
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred for field sales roles).
