KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and food service operators.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular visits, relationship building, and effective account management.
  • Present and promote product range to potential clients, ensuring deep product knowledge and the ability to answer technical or usage questions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
  • Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and agreements within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, preferably in food, condiments, or sauces industry.
  • Strong understanding of the food manufacturing sector and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. (Able to converse in Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
