qc supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead and supervise the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure all products meet company standards and customer requirements.

· Focus on in-process inspection to ensure quality during production.

· Monitor in-process, incoming, visual, and outgoing inspection activities.

· Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards.

· Review and verify inspection reports, measurements, and test results.

· Investigate and report non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

· Coordinate with Production, QA, and other departments to resolve quality issues promptly.

· Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for QC inspectors.

· Ensure all measuring tools and equipment are calibrated and in good condition.

· Prepare quality reports, analysis, and documentation for management review.

· Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Diploma/Degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QC or QA, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Must have experience in in-process QC.

· Knowledge of QC roles such as visual, incoming, and outgoing is an added advantage.

· Able to understand and communicate in English, as the job requires paperwork and preparation of QA documentation.

· Knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools (7QC tools), and QC documentation.

· Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

· Good communication and leadership skills.

· Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, QC reports).
