  • Conceptualize and design: Develop concepts for new products, creating sketches and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Conduct research: Analyze user needs, review consumer feedback, and study existing products to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prototype and test: Build prototypes to demonstrate design ideas, and perform testing to evaluate user experience and functionality.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with marketing, engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure designs align with brand strategy and production capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance: Make sure designs adhere to safety regulations, compliance standards, and production constraints.
  • Refine production: Work with manufacturing teams to optimize assembly processes and troubleshoot any design issues that arise during production.

Required skills

  • Design software proficiency: Expertise in CAD and other design software for creating 3D models and technical drawings.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions for design-related challenges.
