PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in the preparation, weighing, and mixing of raw materials according to production formulas.
  • Operate production equipment such as mixers, dispersers, and filling machines under supervision.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of production areas, tools, and machinery.
  • Label, pack, and move finished products to designated storage areas.
  • Monitor stock levels of materials and report shortages or discrepancies to the Production Supervisor.
  • Support quality control checks to ensure paint consistency, color accuracy, and batch traceability.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate production records and batch documentation.
  • Cooperate with team members to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.

PEMBANTU PENGELUARAN

DESKRIPSI TUGAS:

  • Membantu dalam penyediaan, penimbangan dan pencampuran bahan mentah mengikut formula pengeluaran.
  • Mengendalikan peralatan pengeluaran seperti mesin pengadun, penyebar dan mesin pengisian di bawah pengawasan.
  • Memastikan kebersihan dan penyelenggaraan kawasan pengeluaran, peralatan dan mesin sentiasa dalam keadaan baik.
  • Melabel, membungkus dan memindahkan produk siap ke kawasan stor yang ditetapkan.
  • Memantau tahap stok bahan dan melaporkan sebarang kekurangan atau perbezaan kepada Penyelia Pengeluaran.
  • Membantu dalam pemeriksaan kawalan kualiti bagi memastikan ketekalan cat, ketepatan warna dan kebolehkesanan setiap kelompok.
  • Mematuhi semua garis panduan keselamatan dan menggunakan peralatan perlindungan diri (PPE) seperti yang diperlukan.
  • Membantu dalam penyimpanan rekod pengeluaran dan dokumentasi kelompok dengan tepat.
  • Bekerjasama dengan rakan sekerja untuk mencapai sasaran pengeluaran dan jadual penghantaran.
  • Melaksanakan apa-apa tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh Penyelia Pengeluaran atau Pihak Pengurusan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
