Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Merchandising
- Ensure all products are displayed in an organized, attractive, and compliant manner.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to keep shelves fully stocked.
- Set up and maintain promotional displays according to marketing plans.
- Rotate products following expiration dates and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to optimize product placement and visibility.
- Update check-in locations and display execution photos via WhatsApp and the merchandising group.
- Report to the Sales Manager on daily promotional activities every morning.
Customer Service
- Build strong relationships with store personnel and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchase decisions.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or food sampling is preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally as required.
- Good awareness of market trends and competitors.
- Strong product knowledge and willingness to stay updated on new products.
- Must own a car for work-related travel
