-Open Job

-Entertain customer needs (Required date of the job given and special instructions).

-Make sure all details required by MyInvoice Submission is fulfil before it appear pending in systems.

-Checking all details are true before proceed to Cost Sheet and Customer Invoice.

-Reconfirm rate as per confirm for both parties.

-Updating all new rate of Depo Gate Charges.

-Make sure all details required complete before submitting to E-Invoice.

-Make sure details given by customers are Valid. (Otherwise it shows pending in system)

-Communicate with operation team about depo/ additional charges (pickup & return) – rate DGC/ SL/ special instructions

-Pass invoice to customers.

-Receive and checking vendor invoice.

-Proceed Purchase Order and Purchase Request.

-Submit PO PR to HQ team. (Proceed payments to vendor)

-Monitor all customer's payment slip and pass them to HQ. (Clearing statement)

-Chase customer's payments.

-Chase customer's credit facilities complete documentation to proceed their registration in SAP.

-Fulfil customer's Credit Note if any.

-Proceed to generate new SOA on each of new month.

-Update driver's incentive sheet if required.

-Update customer's PIC listing details.

-Communicate with Sovy's team if faulty occurred in Sovy.
