Summary:

To ensure the effectiveness and quality of test equipment, maintain test equipment/test fixtures and participate in calibrations under the requirements of TE Penang's test equipment management standards and the supervision of the TC Supervisor, as well as assist in analyzing test anomalies.

Job Description:

1.Maintenance and Servicing of SI Testing Equipment

  • In order to ensure the stability of the SI testing equipment and the accuracy of test data, regular maintenance and servicing of the SI testing equipment should be carried out.

2.Verification of SI Test Fixtures and Connectors

  • Data collection for newly introduced test boards and connectors to verify their stability and functionality.

3. SI Testing Verification and Analysis of Abnormal Products

  • To ensure the accuracy and timeliness of test results, SI testing verification and analysis, along with follow-up tracking, should be conducted for abnormal products.

4.Creating SI Test Reports

  • Based on the product standards provided by PDE, create corresponding SI test report templates for use by the testing personnel.

5.QIP Creation and Updates

  • To ensure the smooth implementation of the product inspection process, create and update the QIP (Quality Inspection Plan).

6.Incoming Material Abnormality Follow-up

  • To ensure that incoming material abnormalities during production are effectively analyzed and resolved in a timely manner, assist the PQE (Product Quality Engineering) team in conducting preliminary root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective actions.

Qualification:

  • Diploma with 1 year of wiring harness assembly experience.
  • Skills Requirements: Good communication skills, responsible, and detail-oriented.
