Role Summary

Support the Global Finance Controllership Team with accurate financial reporting, month-end close activities, reconciliations, audit support, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform month-end close, journal entries, and cash/bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post reports for monthly/quarterly financial reviews.
  • Support CFIN–HFM tie-out and Blackline reassignment activities.
  • Investigate variances, resolve backlog issues, and maintain process documentation.
  • Assist internal/external audits and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Review/approve journals in ERP and provide support to junior team members.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting and finance projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years
    experience in
    Finance/Accounting
    (shared service preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of
    IFRS/GAAP
    and financial reporting.
  • Skilled in
    SAP or Oracle
    ,
    Excel
    , and
    HFM
    .
  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CIMA/CPA a plus).
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in shared services environment.
  • Positive attitude, ownership, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Pascal or other ERP tools is an advantage.
