Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily packing and store operations, including task allocation and manpower management.
  • Ensure inventory control and compliance with FIFO practices.
  • Assist with 6S implementation, operational follow-ups, and addressing issues.
  • Prepare monthly Kaizen reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead monthly stock take and manage accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members.
  • Participate as a KAMP EMS Internal Auditor and support audit activities.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or store operations, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems, 6S, and material handling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
  • Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,200.00 per month
