  • Manages and oversees shift operations with approximately 30 headcounts (HC).
  • Ensures compliance with production schedules and targets.
  • Manages SMT Kitting process end-to-end (from material receiving to SMT line).
  • Performs Offline Feeder Setup and Offline Feeder Return with full technical knowledge of setup details and troubleshooting.
  • Supports process improvements and efficiency optimization in SMT material handling.
  • Troubleshooting on process related.
  • Work Order Settlement.
  • Demonstrates strong discipline, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and professional conduct, setting an example for team members.

Education:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience:

  • Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in SMT Kitting workflow (receiving → kitting → line support) and Offline Feeder Setup & Return.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
