  2. Perform car diagnostics using scan tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
  3. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections across all components and systems.
  4. Communicate inspection findings to the Service Advisor clearly and accurately.
  5. Service & Repair
  6. Execute minor and major servicing, including oil changes and filter replacements.
  7. Perform comprehensive vehicle maintenance to ensure reliability and performance.
  8. Repair and replace various components using strong technical skills.
  9. Handle complex tasks such as top overhaul and full engine overhaul.
  10. BGarage Facilities & Tools Management
  11. Maximize the use of workshop spaces and facilities for operational efficiency.
  12. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and functioning.
  13. Manage and utilize automotive training tools and maintain equipment to industry standards.
  14. Promote continuous improvement in workshop processes and tool organization.
  15. Compliance, Safety & 5S
  16. Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations.
  17. Participate in maintaining 5S practices, including cleanliness, organization, and proper waste disposal.
  18. Ensure tools and equipment are stored systematically using visual management methods.
  19. Record Keeping, Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and customer interactions.
  20. Update system entries (e.g, WEBMAX) for each task, including parts used and additional checks.
  21. Continuous Learning
  22. Engage in continuous improvement of technical skills and product knowledge.
  23. Follow company SOPs and guidelines at all times.
  24. Identify opportunities to upsell relevant parts or services to customers.
