*Your Role:*

  • Assist in preparing key documents such as invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and stock count reports.

  • Support the tracking and processing of sales orders to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.

  • Work closely with logistics partners to coordinate local and international shipments.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues, contributing ideas for process improvements.

  • Conduct market research, sourcing, and cost analysis to support business decisions.

  • Gain exposure to cross-functional operations and develop a deep understanding of supply chain and customer service processes.

*Your Profile:*

  • A diploma or degree student in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.

  • Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Word & Excel.

  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus).

  • A team player with a problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach.
