Position Title: Internship, Procurement

Location: Menara Bangkok Bank, Berjaya Central Park, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9.00am – 6.00pm / 10.00am – 7.00pm

Duration: Minimum 3 months

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Procurement Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and administrative support. You will work closely with the procurement team to ensure smooth daily operations and gain valuable insights into the end-to-end purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and quotations.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team (e.g., filing, documentation, data entry).
  • Assist in sourcing potential suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
  • Help maintain and update procurement records and reports.
  • Support coordination between internal departments and suppliers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Internship duration must be a minimum of 3 months.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in completing tasks.
  • Good communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to work on-site at Menara Bangkok Bank, Berjaya Central Park (accessible via Bukit Nanas Monorail and Dang Wangi LRT).
