Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with customers and the Marketing team for any new or revised artwork received. Coordinate with suppliers or in-house designers for artwork development.
  • Determine and analyze packaging specifications, including dimensions, materials, artwork layout, and other related details.
  • Review and update artwork according to the Regulatory Affairs (RA) review report and follow up for customer acknowledgment and feedback.
  • Send the final approved artwork to customers, finalize the PAF once approval is received, and submit the approved version to RA for final review.
  • Verify and ensure artwork accuracy by comparing designs between customers and in-house designers or suppliers.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the superior as required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant experience in artwork coordination, packaging, or design support will have an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other design tools is a plus.
