About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Must Read Sdn Bhd' in Batu Caves, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall sales operations of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers with their shopping experience
  • Answering customer queries and providing product information
  • Handling cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining the store's visual merchandising and product presentation
  • Restocking and organising merchandise to ensure a neat and tidy store
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and objectives
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
