We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated team player to support our sales and marketing operations. You'll help prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and reports — working closely with distributors, partners, and the external sales team to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales/marketing documents.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales & marketing reports.
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams for pricing and product info.
  • Manage and update sales records and costing sheets.
  • Support customer follow-ups and vendor registrations.
  • Handle sales/marketing communication via email or phone when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • Experience in sales admin / coordination / quotation preparation preferred.
  • Familiar with IT hardware/software and enterprise (network,cloud, AI, etc) solutions. Familiar with government/GLC/university processes and procurement portals (ePerolehan, vendor registration) is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) & Google Workspace.
  • Preferably staying near Sunway, Shah Alam, Puchong, or Petaling Jaya.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
