**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executives to join the team at Boatyard (M) Sdn Bhd' in Klang - Bandar Sentosa Klang Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

**What you'll be doing**
- Responsible for several day-to-day activities.
- Inside sales & E-commerce Correspondence such as Shopee, TikTok and Shopify.
- Generate Invoices, receipts and others.
- Indoor Sales Reception.
- Coordinating courier service for reverse pickup shipment at domestic and overseas shipment.
- Stock take.
- Data Entry & Inventory update
- Overseeing appointment setting and schedules.
- Handling general office administration tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and providing support to other team members.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing support role, preferably within a client-facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- Have experience in Angling, Fisherman and outdoor goes will be added as advantages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
