Today, with over 200 professionals nationwide, we operate multiple 3S dealerships across Proton, Perodua, KIA, and electric vehicles. Our commitment to innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence drives everything we do.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our automotive dealership and service centre. This hybrid role is designed for individuals who thrive in campaign execution and customer engagement, while also contributing directly to sales conversion. You will support our marketing team in running impactful campaigns and events, and act as a closer for leads generated through these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaigns & Marketing (Primary Focus)


• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including roadshows, showroom events, convoys, and digital outreach.


• Manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp blasts, and email campaigns to drive customer engagement.


• Coordinate branding materials (posters, promotions, vendor liaison) and support creative execution.


• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.


• Assist in building local partnerships (car wash, accessories, lifestyle businesses) for cross-promotions.

Sales (Secondary Focus)


• Follow up on leads generated from campaigns and digital outreach.


• Convert inquiries into sales deals, handing over financing and registration tasks to Sales Advisors.


• Provide feedback on lead quality and customer responses to improve campaign effectiveness.

Candidate Profile


• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).


• Strong interest in the automotive industry and customer engagement.


• Digital-savvy with basic knowledge of social media ads and outreach tools.


• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.


• Self-driven, eager to learn, and motivated by performance-based rewards.
