Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing creative and functional interior design concepts that reflect client and brand requirements
  • Prepare design drawings, material boards, and presentations to support project proposals
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design accuracy, and resolve basic site issues
  • Prepare accurate drawings, layouts, and documentation in compliance with design standards and regulations
  • Support the Senior Interior Designer and project team in daily design and coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design or related work
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Good understanding of design concepts, materials, lighting, and space planning
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and using Mandarin-based purchasing platforms
  • Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet project deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to attend site visits and support on-site coordination when required
