Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or any related field.
- Have the 'want to learn' mindset.
- Attention to details, able to communicate well, or willing to learn. Must be good in time management.
- Possess own laptop.
Responsibility
- Source new candidates from multiple channels using local market knowledge.
- Reach out to the job candidates and conduct an initial screening through phone calls.
- Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering inquiries, supporting the sales process, and making sure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service.
- Support any other ad-hoc tasks.
