The Branch Executive, plays a pivotal role in driving the branch's business growth by supporting sales development, recruitment, and adviser productivity initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the branch manager in recruitment seminars, previews, and sales events to attract and develop quality advisers.

  • Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and roadshows to increase business opportunities.

  • Work on documentation processing.

  • Partner with the Regional Manager on strategic business development initiatives and market expansion efforts.

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with adviser to drive retention and long-term growth.

  • Support adviser onboarding, activation, and compliance to ensure high productivity.

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management, investment advisory, or portfolio management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Proven track record in client relationship management, sales, or branch operations.

  • Ability to execute branch operations, ensure compliance, and drive business growth
