We are seeking an experienced
Head, Global Sourcing
professional to lead strategic procurement and supplier management activities for advanced semiconductor packaging and related materials. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, optimizing cost structures, and supporting new product initiatives across global supply networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing activities across direct and indirect materials, ensuring supply continuity and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for outsourced manufacturing and material categories such as assembly, packaging, and supporting components.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with key suppliers to achieve cost targets and continuous improvement goals.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and suppliers to drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Build and maintain cost models and databases covering manufacturing, testing, and logistics elements.
  • Partner with product and NPI teams to evaluate suppliers, confirm design and manufacturing capabilities, and support RFQ and financial modeling for new programs.
  • Oversee supplier performance management and organize regular business reviews.
  • Support procurement operations, documentation, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in semiconductor sourcing, packaging, or assembly operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills at both technical and executive levels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and cost modeling.
  • Experience working with suppliers across Asia; multilingual ability is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical). Advanced degree or certification in supply chain management (e.g., MBA, CPSM) preferred.
