We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Penang. This full-time position will play a key role in driving sales activities and marketing strategies to support the company's expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote our products and services across the Northern region.
  • Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Create compelling marketing content and campaigns aligned with the company's brand.
  • Track market developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Analyse sales and marketing data to evaluate performance and guide future initiatives.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics (SEO, SEM, email engagement, etc.).
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to the management team.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within the technology or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
