Key Responsibilities:

• Visionary Leadership and Strategic Transformation:Craft a compelling vision of the future, rallying stakeholder enthusiasm to transform operational processes by blending site-specific insights, customer feedback, and pioneering advancements. Engage global, regional leaders and all levels of the organization in a shared vision that encapsulates not only the strategic direction but also the cultural shifts necessary to embrace new ways of working. Lead large-scale change initiatives with a clear roadmap, adjusting strategies as necessary to respond to dynamic operational needs .
• Resource Optimization and Impactful Execution:Champion resource and budget management for innovating, validating and implementing impactful changes that drive efficiency within operational frameworks. Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal use of assets and personnel, balancing budget constraints with the need for advanced tools and technologies. Implement rigorous evaluation processes to measure the efficacy and impact of changes, driving continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Influential Leadership and Decision Facilitation:Lead with a charismatic touch, building alignment among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to foster swift decision-making and implementation of strategic initiatives. Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in leading operational transformation initiatives, with a track record of delivering value and driving process improvements.Significant experience with automation technologies.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership capabilities, proven to navigate complex environments and inspire teams across functions with a positive, energetic approach.
