**What's In It For You?**: The Creative Services Manager provides project management expertise and guidance to ensure on time and on budget delivery, as well as high quality work, representative of the brand. As a senior member of the team, you will shape and influence how the Agency team is perceived, provide critical thinking into best practices of project requests, and provide guidance to Business Partners ensuring process, brand guidelines and creative excellence is achieved through your superior communication skills. It’s a role that takes focus, consistency, and resilience to take on the complicated and challenging parts of the business, simplify and facilitate The 199 to improve output and cost effectiveness without compromising quality.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as Administrator of S&P Global Creative group’s Workfront instance
- Serve as the key departmental contact for project governance and leadership on campaigns, imparting vision, clarifying strategic requirements, clearly explaining complex ideas, and managing expectations.
- Manage creative resource allocations
- Work closely with Creative and Business Leads to ensure resource strategy for specific projects and to manage sourcing schedule to ensure workflow coverage and optimize talent.
- Develop project plans and execution strategies for all projects from initiation through completion.
- Gain intimate knowledge of projects and client requirements, knowing what must happen at every stage to ensure successful completion of all projects.
- Third-party creative services procurement - vetting, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with third-party production partners/vendors, as needed.
- Lead, train, foster, mentor, and inspire, Project Managers to use formal processes and tools to manage resources, project purpose; clarify roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success.
- Work closely with Creative Director and Client Services Director on the Creative department quarterly financial reporting and analysis, in partnership with S&P Global corporate finance group. Propose, discuss, and strategize on operational efficiencies.
- Hands-on management of complex projects that may cross multiple areas of a business and leverage internal/external cross-functional groups, with mínimal to no guidance from a more senior member of the group.
**Qualifications**:
- Detailed oriented - ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task

- Extensive experience managing the creative and print production process

- Strong planning and organizational skills, including the abilities to organize work towards a long-term goal and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Collaborative team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence within the organization
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and tailoring content to multiple audiences
- Tech savvy with a curiosity for exploring new ways of doing things
- Experience managing digital projects is preferred but not required
- Understanding and fluency in the fundamentals of marketing strategy including market research, audience targeting, personas, scenarios, customer journey, key performance indicators, value propositions, direct marketing, and CRM as well as digital and social media marketing strategy and analytics
- Understanding and fluency in formal project management methodology including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Agile Fall and Six Sigma is a plus
- Minimum 8 years of experience working within Creative Agency or in-house agency
