About the role

Fasttrack Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Logistic Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the import/export and customs clearance industries. The role is based in our Penang Island office.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing customer orders and coordinating logistics and customs clearance activities
  • Tracking shipments and providing updates to customers on the status of their orders
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or logistics-related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in using logistics and customer relationship management software
  • Thorough understanding of import/export and customs clearance processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional language skills being an advantage
