1. Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage the firm's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Develop marketing materials, brochures, and digital ads.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools.

2. Digital Content Creation

  • Produce engaging content — articles, infographics, reels, and videos — for corporate, accounting, and compliance topics.
  • Write clear marketing copy for website pages, social media, and newsletters.
  • Simplify complex topics (e.g. SST, e-Invoice, secretarial procedures) into easy-to-understand posts.
  • Maintain and update website content with SEO best practices.

3. Sales & Customer Management

  • Respond to client enquiries via email, WhatsApp, or social media.
  • Follow up with leads, provide quotations, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Present and explain services (incorporation, accounting, secretarial packages) confidently.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and support cross-selling of services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

4. Events & Collaboration

  • Support webinars, workshops, or networking events to promote services.
  • Collaborate with directors and service teams on campaign planning and execution.
  • Assist in developing client testimonials and success stories.
