About the role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at SH WINE & TOBACCO SDN BHD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to expand our customer base and increase brand awareness on Penang Island, Penang.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and contact new potential customers to generate sales leads
  2. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products
  3. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide exceptional customer service
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns
  5. Attend trade shows, networking events and other marketing activities to represent the company
  6. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  7. Contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
  2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with software
  4. Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  5. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Penang
  6. Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet sales targets
