Job Title: E-COMMERCE LIVE HOST CUM DIGITAL MARKETING
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage social media channels (TikTok) on a daily basis, including customer service and administrative tasks.
- Conduct live streaming sessions as a host on various platforms such as TikTok and Shopee.
- Introduce, promote, and demonstrate products during live broadcasts, engaging with customers/viewers and addressing inquiries.
- Encourage online audiences to make purchases and interact with our products during live streams.
- Create, plan, and execute engaging videos on TikTok to maintain our digital presence and foster positive engagement with followers.
- Develop and implement monthly digital marketing strategies to boost online sales and enhance brand exposure.
- Stay updated on current TikTok content trends and generate creative content accordingly.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in a related field.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with excellent selling skills.
- Fluent in Malay language, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience as a live host is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficient in video editing for content creation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
