Responsibilities:

  • Indoor support for all customer enquiries and quotations and where necessary escalate to relevant

    departments.
  • To maintain the current clienteles and at the same time increase company present in the market.
  • Providing quality account servicing, preparation of sales projections, management reports and sales quotations on a timely manner.
  • Promote E-Commerce services to customers at every opportunity to increase e-commerce usage.
  • Promote Value Added Services by identifying value propositions and upsell to target clients.
  • Reports to Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in shipping industry is required for this position.
  • Aggressive, Self-motivated, organized, hardworking, result and customer oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Candidates must possess own transport.
  • Position available in Penang.
