- Prepare and analyze sales data, creating regular reports for sales managers and executives.
- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.T
- Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and management in the CRM system.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information

**; Requirements**: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sales processes, order fulfillment, and basic sales techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to evolving processes and systems.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a valuable asset.
